Conflict of Nations on a short clock
Conflict of Nations is the most demanding game here in total hours and one of the most suited to short visits. Orders take minutes to issue; the consequences take hours to arrive.
A typical session is a scan of the map, a research decision, a few unit movements and a reply to the coalition chat. Twelve minutes, done, and the next few hours play out while you are doing something else entirely.
The catch is consistency rather than duration. Two short visits a day keeps you competitive; three days of silence loses you a country.
What it does with your fifteen minutes
- Real-time world map
- Modern arsenal
- Coalitions
Right for short sessions if
You like long games and have regular small windows. This is grand strategy for people with jobs.
It is the wrong pick if your week is unpredictable - the map punishes absence, not brevity.
Making the first sessions count
Set research before you log off, every time. It is the one thing that compounds while you are away.
Talk to your neighbours in the first session. A coalition formed early does more for you than any opening build.
